Customer Satisfacation Survey

The annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys seek input from Regent University students, faculty and staff about their usage of the University Library and satisfaction with its services and collections. Survey results and comments are carefully reviewed each year by the library faculty, and action items are determined in response to survey input.

In 2012 and 2009 a LibQUAL+ Survey was conducted in place of the CSS.

The Library Dashboard is an at-a-glance assessment of our collection holdings and patron interactions.

Annual Reports

The annual reports of the University Library includes usage statistics and an overview of the library's activities and initiatives in reference, instruction, collection development and preservation.

Each Report covers the fiscal year, July to June.

2011 and older

Statistical Summary Reports

These reports provide detailed statistics of library usage and activities over the fiscal year, July through June.

Reports included: Circulation, ILL, Public Services (LibAnswers), Technical Services, Web Stats, and Database Usage

FY2013 and older
