Regent Law Faculty are absolutely committed to preparing students for their state's bar exam.

This guide is designed to complement, and should not be used to replace a formal bar exam preparatory course or information posted for current students by the Office of Career & Alumni Services.

Tennessee has adopted the UBE.  The UBE Minimum Passing Score for this State is 270.

Military and Military Spouses

Because states recognize that service members and their families are required to move often and that this can be a hindrance to the practice of law by military spouses, many states admit spouses of active duty service members to the bar without additional examination even though they may not otherwise qualify for admission or reciprocity.
