What is Summon?

Summon is a search engine optimized for academic library research. Just as Google searches all of the Web, Summon searches the entire Regent Library - books, ebooks, peer reviewed journal articles, newspaper and magazines, DVDs, streaming video, and more.

Like Google, Summon uses powerful algorithms that anticipate what you are looking for from the keywords searched. Unlike Google, however, Summon also has intuitive filters that take you step-by-step in the process of eliminating irrelevant results.

Summon is the best way to begin almost every research project. Click here for a tutorial in getting the most out of Summon.
