Take exit 286-B from Interstate 64 at Indian River Road. Regent University will be immediately on your right. Under normal traffic conditions, Regent is a 15-minute drive from the Norfolk International Airport. The Law Library occupies the entire 3rd floor of the Library building. Enter through the main doors of the University Library and proceed by stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor.
