Bishop Wellington Boone Collection

Collection Description

The Bishop Wellington Boone Collection at Regent University Library

The Bishop Wellington Boone Collection comprises over 40 years of manuscripts, recordings, research, and other archives related to the ministry of Bishop Wellington Boone. Bishop Boone teaches the inerrancy of the Word of God, a lifestyle of humility, prayer, and consecration, unborn life that begins at conception, servanthood, a Biblical worldview of racial reconciliation, lifelong marriage between a man and a woman, and preparation for eternity. He was married to the late Katheryn Watley Boone for 48 years before her passing in 2022 and has three adult children and nine grandchildren.

Millions have seen him on Promise Keepers, Christian television, and international ministries. He is recognized as a leading Black voice for reconciliation and Biblical worldview. His “Eternity Training” focuses on finding one's destiny, developing Christ-likeness, and intimacy with God. Bishop Boone has been a keynote speaker, ministry consultant, and board member for numerous national and international organizations, including Regent University.
