Library Curbside Pickup Service

Welcome to the Regent University Library Curbside Pick-up ServiceWe are happy that we can provide curbside pick-up of requested library materials to our Regent University community. For all your information needs about this service, please read on!

Where Can I Pick Up My Items?

A reserved parking space at the Library building is designated for the Curbside Pickup Service. 

Call 757-352-4150 to notify library staff that you have arrived, and they will then deliver the items to your car. 

 

Hours of Operation

This service is available:

Mondays-Saturdays 10:00am - 6:00pm

 

 

How to Facilitate a Curbside Pickup

Search for available books and DVDs in Primo on the Regent University Library Website.

Complete a Hold request for any Regent University Library items, or place a Fulfillment Services (ILL) request for any items the Library does not own.

Library staff will pull your items and fulfill your request the following business day.

You will receive an email notifying you the items are ready, along with instructions for Curbside pick-up.

You may use the book drop in the main library parking lot if you need to return items.

Alumni Curbside Service Access

Regent University Alumni will have access to Library Holds but not Fulfillment Services (ILL). All holds can be picked up through the Library Curbside Pick-up Service. 

Policies

  1. Your items will be delivered in plastic bags.
  2. Hold items are available to current Regent University library students, faculty, staff, CBN staff, and Regent alumni. Please be prepared to show the staff person your Regent University ID, CBN ID, or driver's license (for alumni).
  3. Requests for Interlibrary Loan print items from other institutions can also be picked up using our Curbside service.
  4. Items are pulled by Library Staff each morning, Monday to Friday. All items will require at least until the following business day to fulfill. 
  5. Items will be ready on the Hold or Fulfillment Services (ILL) shelf until time of pick-up, and will be checked out at point of pick-up.
