Info about checking out books and using other services as an Alum

Welcome

All alumni need to submit a new registration form. Click here to get started. We hope to see you soon!
 

Check out our hours here and feel free to call the Resource Desk at (757) 352-4150 for more information.

Make sure to log in to the library system with Primo, with your new registration and username completed.  Use the 'Held by library in print' and 'Open Access' filters in the left sidebar to see physical items you can check out and electronic items available to everyone.

Local Alumni

A Regent University Library alumni card may be obtained by completing an Alumni Registration Form online or at the Resource Desk. Processing may take up to five (5) business days for verification and approval.
 

Once an alumni applicant's graduation date has been verified, and a photo submitted (for walk-ins a photo will be taken at the Resource Desk), you will be issued a library card, which is required to check out circulating books and audiovisual materials (see Borrowing Privileges for details).
 

Once you have registered, you will be able to monitor your checkouts and search the catalog via your Primo library account!

The only subscription we can continue to offer after graduation is RefWorks. 

 

A public library within your community may provide access to additional databases. Contact your local library for details.
