International Student Resources & Services: Find Articles

This LibGuide was created to help International Students learn about Regent University Library resources and succeed in conducting library research.

Accessing Databases

From this selection you have access to thousands of journals hosted in the databases.  To search databases by the subject, click on  "CD-ROM Databases,"  then the "browse by subject" tab.

Find Articles

The university library acquires the best and most scholarly journal subscriptions for you to use for your research.  Thousands of journals are available at your fingertips.  If you know the journal title, you can search for the journal alphabetically.  If you do not know the title, but are looking for any journal that discusses a specific subject, you may search by categories.  The "Full Text Journal Finder" is a great resource tool!

You can also search for journals through the library catalog.  We keep the print copy of the latest edition on the shelves, and the prior editions are hard bound.  However, some journals are only accessible via our databases.

If you are not able to find a journal article that you need for your research, it may able available through "ILLiad" (InterLibrary Loan System).   You can request a copy to be sent to your email.

Journal Finder

If you know the title, subject, or ISSN of a particular journal, use the Journal Finder to locate it.
